The Senna extract provides soft and painless relief. It stimulates the action of the intestines, while vitamin C strengthens the capillary walls. Recommended daily intake: Adults: 1 tablet daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Do not use as a substitute to a varied diet. Dissolve one tablet in 200ml of water. To be taken in the evening, prior going to bed. Following a 15 days intake, a break of 15 days is recommended.
